Returries
· If for any reason you do not agree with what was purchased, you can return the product within a period of fifteen calendar days from the time of receipt of the merchandise and you must previously notify Nueces through the email info@nueceskids.com Expenses originated by cancellation or return of orders (round-trip shipping, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
No returns will be accepted for the OUTLET collection or the SWIMWEAR collection.
· The return will only be accepted, if the returned product is in perfect condition and labeled, always accompanied by the return sheet.
Changes
· This is a return and a new purchase. For this you must process a return of the garment you want to change, sending it to our facilities and process a new purchase in the desired size. The new order generated with the desired size will be processed like any other normal order.
The exchange period is fifteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
