Returns and Changes

You may return any product ordered from Nueces website within 15 days after the date of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding receipt.

Customer must take care of return shipping costs and any duty costs, if they are applied. Nueces will send you an e-mail with a discount voucher of the same amount as the shipping cost charged when you made your purchase. Such voucher can be exchanged on your next online purchase.

We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

Returns will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels and fully intact original packaging.

Nueces will not compensate for lost parcels during the return process.

Please note that special occasions collection, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned. The money will not be refunded for these returned items.

Please note that returns of sale and outlet products are not accepted

You will receive your refund within the next 30 calendar days from the reception of the product to our warehouse and checking that the items are in the same conditions.

We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Nueces reserves the right to inform the user, within 72 hours (Spanish working days) from the order placement, about the unavailability of any item. After informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically rescinded for the article unavailable. The cost of the unavailable article will be deducted from the card user’s account statement and the contract will continue as normal regarding other articles eventually ordered, unless otherwise specified by the user.
