SHIPPING INFO¿When will I receive my order?
Orders within the Peninsula will be shipped within 24/48 hours. During promotional campaigns, holidays, strikes, or other exceptional circumstances, the above deadlines may be altered.
In the case of shipments outside the Peninsula, the delivery times will vary.
The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation as follows:

Shipping charges will be added to your order.
Spain (except Islas Canarias) and Portugal 4,90€. Nueces offers free delivery over 90€ only when the destination is Spain Peninsula or Portugal, and will clearly indicate so on its website.
Europe 15,00€ (UK, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco. Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus.)

SHIPPING INFO RETURNS AND CHANGES
What are the terms and conditions for returning an item?
You may return any product ordered from Nueces website within 15 days after the date of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding receipt.
Customer must take care of return shipping costs and any duty costs, if they are applied. Nueces will send you an e-mail with a discount voucher of the same amount as the shipping cost charged when you made your purchase. Such voucher can be exchanged on your next on-line purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels and fully intact original packaging.
Can I return any item from the website?:
Please note that special occasions collection, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned. The money will not be refunded for these returned items.
Returns of sale and outlet products are not accepted.
Can I return an item that does not fit and exchange it?
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

Which payment options do you offer?
You can make the payment by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or bank wire.
In the credit card option you will be redirected to the bank's secure payment website. At the end of the transaction you will return to the website and you will receive the corresponding confirmation emails.
In PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment website and there you will be able to choose whether to pay with your PayPal account or with the card that you use regularly.
When you make purchases online in Safari with the iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can use Apple Pay without having to create accounts, write card details or fill out forms.
If you prefer, you can make a bank wire to us. We will need you to send us the proof of the transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is the Gift Card?
It is a virtual gift card without expiration, which will come to you via e-mail, where you can save your credit to spend on NUECES or make a gift. This card has a code, which is the one you will use for online payments.
A discount coupon or voucher is a code that you can use when making a purchase to benefit from the promotion that is currently active. To know them you must be very attentive on our social networks. Coupons are not cumulative, only one coupon may be applied per purchase.
